Raised on South Africa's West Coast in Langebaan, CJ grew up fishing, diving, surfing and sailing. In the yachting industry since 2021, he has logged over 40,000 nautical miles at sea and loves sharing the beauty of the ocean with guests. He met his partner, Chef Tilley, while cruising the Mediterranean.
From Portsmouth on England's South Coast, Tilley grew up sailing with her father and cooking alongside her chef mother. She crafts fresh, personalised menus for every charter, discovering new cuisines and ingredients from around the world. She met CJ in Cyprus in 2023 and they have worked side by side ever since.
Originally from Dorset, Rosie grew up by the sea and started sailing at 15. She has since spent two seasons aboard a 50m superyacht cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean, plus a year working in Australia. Warm and attentive, she loves meeting new people and creating unforgettable experiences on board.
