Dare is a recognised leader and innovator in global yachting. Raised on the coastline of North Carolina, his lifelong love of the sea grew into a career spanning more than two decades as a professional sailor, entrepreneur and community leader.
He founded Charter Caribe, the Caribbean boutique charter company celebrated for its personalised service and high-end fleet, and Caribe Yacht Group, a full brokerage and yacht-sales business — alongside a two-decade partnership with Lagoon Catamarans. Building on that Caribbean success, Dare launched Apricus, extending the group's signature service and passion for exploration to the Mediterranean and beyond.

Daniella (Dee) began over ten years ago as an Eco Guide on Australia's Great Barrier Reef, then spent years as a yacht chef across the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Now ashore, she specialises in yacht sales and new-build project management — guiding owners through buying, building and outfitting their ideal yacht with a sharp eye for detail and design.
At Apricus she also runs the Clearing House and accounting operations, coordinates charter bookings and availability across the regions, and keeps every vessel running smoothly. Her meticulous, client-first approach makes her invaluable to the team.

Ross brings a wealth of real-world yachting experience and a sharp operational mind to Apricus. A professional captain for over a decade, he has sailed Australia, South Africa, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean and completed two Atlantic crossings — experience that gives him a rare advantage guiding clients through vessel selection, layout and upgrades.
At Apricus he coordinates global logistics and operations — transport, port services, handovers and technical support — working directly with captains and owners so every yacht is delivered and managed seamlessly, wherever the journey leads.
